NOEMI PROFESSIONAL Step 3 Nourish is the finish of the classic lash lifting series — the step that turns a finished lift into a well-cared-for, shiny, healthy-looking result.
After Step 1 has opened and Step 2 has fixed, Step 3 gives the lashes exactly what they need now: care, suppleness and a visibly softer finished look. The manufacturer describes it as the final step after Step 1, Step 2 and after tinting. Among other things it contains keratin and is meant to nourish and moisturise the hairs after the lift. The official shop also states that the product should remain on the lashes for 24 hours.
And that is exactly why Step 3 isn't just "one last application".
