Application:
Mix a small amount of Gooey Powder into your lash lift lotion to thicken the consistency. One retailer source gives a guideline of about a 40–50% mix with a cysteamine-based lotion such as Noemi INNOVATE, Step 1 or Step 2. Then use as usual in the lash lift workflow. Always start with a small dose and build up the desired consistency deliberately. For professional use only.
